Across 16 years inside an operating construction business, including time as its managing director, I have designed systems around the recurring problems faced by finance, commercial and operational teams.
Since February 2025 this has been my full-time focus. Software and AI now let me connect more of those workflows, automate controlled steps and make the right evidence visible to the people responsible for decisions.
